  The copley was above my expectations. it was newly renovated, clean and well attended by staff. i would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

  I go to Boston two or three times a year and always stay in the Copley area. I tried this hotel for the first time and am very glad I did. The staff is very well trained to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but very well appointed. At the time of my stay they did not have room service yet, but I rarely use it anyway, so it was no big loss. I did miss the coffee machine in the room until I found out there was complementary coffee in the lobby 24/7. This is a very old hotel that has been upgraded to the 21st century and done very well. Even though the rooms are small, they didn't feel small. Hey, FREE wifi. Where do you get that in that area of town? I would go back again, we loved it. Karen

  I've been gooing to Boston yearly for a dental convention for quite some time, and would stay at a well known hotel that was consistantly a good experience year after year. This year I stayed with a friend that had booked at the Copley Square Hotel. I AM HOOKED!!!!!!!! I have never been made to feel so comfortable or been treated so well, and the recent remodel (so I'm told) was fabulous!!!!! The urban decor was done beautifully. The beds were better than I've ever had. beautiful bathrooms, and CLEAN!!!!! Every staff member was outstanding. Renee, Jose, Buck and John, hats off to you all for great team work! Even the continental breakfast was great. Lots of choices, fresh and it was even displayed in a welcoming manner. I overheard another guest question,""Is that for eating or just decoration?"" (It was for eating; the granola vase) My friend got lost enroute to the hotel and everyone had a hand in getting her there without any further frustration. They treated us like personal friends.The experience could not be compared to any other hotel stay I've had. I rate this hotel a 10+ all the way around!!!! Book here, you'll be glad you did.
