The front desk staff at this hotel were exceptional - professional,courteous and friendly. We had a problem with the cleaning person who cleaned our room. She left the door unlocked long after she had finished the floor. We came back to the room unexpectedly and found our door open. Upon immediately phoning the front desk about this situation, we were offered a free breakfast and the cleaning supervisor came up and apologized in person. I noticed that the cleaning person changed after that. I do not know what that first cleaning person's problem was, because my husband and I noticed another door ,up the hallway, left unlocked, long after she was finished. We were supposed to have two queensize beds and we had two full sized which were very uncomfortable for us, even though we are normal sized adults. Plus, the pool was not operational, evewn if I wanted to go in. My recommendation is that I will not go back to that hotel in the future.
