  Very helpful front desk staff. They went out of their way to help us with directions, recommendations for guided tours/attractions/restaurants. They even made a special effort to greet our child every time we were in the lobby. They were wonderful!

  This was definately the best deal in boston. the service was fantastic and we enjoyed the full kitchen in the room. great for families.

  Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly service, one block from the green line, free breakfast and free parking. can't beat this deal in boston! i would definitely stay here again.

  For the first time in 50 years, a mouse in the room! We moved within 5 minutes, but still disturbing to say the least.Otherwise, it might have been very good but for details: coffee pot not cleaned, bedsheets not tucked in, 10 min. wait for breakfast coffee, etc. Staff was quite friendly & helpful.
