  This Best Western is just okay. There are, I think, three buildings on site. The lobby building looks nice, like it has been recently remodeled, but we were given a room in one of the other buildings. This building had not been updated since the late 70's or early 80's! There was no elevator (the staff did not inform us of this inconvenience), the lounge chair was old and frayed, the bathroom sink area was very small, the room dark and dreary, although it was clean. If you want to use the indoor pool, you must walk to the lobby building - uncomfortable in the cold. The front desk staff was very friendly. The maid staff was knocking on doors to clean well before 9:00 a.m. They should check with the front desk to see who has checked out before waking people up. The breakfast was standard - they need to add at least one more waffle maker - there were 7 or 8 people waiting to make waffles.

  TIhis was our second stay at this hotel. We planned the trip so our first night would be here.
  I would rate both of our stays as a 5 star. The staff was great and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. If our travels brings us through Pocatello, we will be staying here!

  24 hour hot tub and pool, just what i needed after a long day of driving. the staff was 1st rate and friendly. i would stay again!

  We stayed three nights and found everything to be very comfortable and clean. great breakfast buffet. very friendly service. would stay there again.
