My Family and I stayed here for 4 days to visit family. The hotel was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The sheets were changed everyday and so were the towels. Let me tell you about the continental breakfast...it was GOOD! There was waffles, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, different breads, a lot of fruits, juice, coffee, milk, cereal, more than your average continental breakfast. The location was great not far from the airport or the freeway. They have a lot of information brochures in the hallways available if you want to go site seeing. The pool was heated and there are towels provided over there so you can dry off. Overall we had a great stay and we would will stay here again on our next trip.

On our outbound trip we had to wait almost a half hour for a shuttle from the airport. The first phone call was deliberately dropped and the second call was answered by telling us to call again when we reached the pick up point. Upon the third call we were informed that the shuttle had just departed the airport. Had the person answering the phone taken a little bit of time to listen, we wouldnt have had a long delay. On our return trip we we given a room in the basement with no elevator access. We had to negotiate a flight of stairs in both directions with several suitcases. The continental breakfast ended at 9:30 AM and there was someone cleaning up and literally taking away the food and service items from us. She informed us, quite impolitely, that breakfast was over and she was going to take everything away as quickly as possible. Wouldn't recommend the place or go back. The help was not very accommodating and the facility was marginal.

Stayed here for 2 nights and would stay again. Everyone was very nice and everything seemed quite clean. Beds were very comfy but room was a little small. One of the best continental breakfasts ever!!!

The staff was perhaps a bit too helpful. They will steer you to a private "limousine" service that is unlicensed and more expensive than a cab. While waiting for members of my party to get to the hotel, I observed a number of people steered to this private service. I used them also, and discovered that I could have taken a cab for less. The hotel is conveniently located, but if you are used to staying in hotel that are light and clean, don't choose this one. We found a hotel 3-4 blocks closer to the airport with MUCH nicer accomodations for less than $ more. They also screwed up the reservations for one of our party, so two couples had to spend the night in one room!

I read reviews of other Seattle airport hotels and was horrified by what I read. This hotel had very positive ratings so I took a chance. It was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The bathrooms were spotless and the continental breakfast is a great way to start a day. They are located within a few miles of the airport and the price was right. We liked it so much the night we flew into Seattle that we booked another room for our last night in town. I can recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Seattle area without hesitation.
