When my wife and two children arrived, we were met by a young lady. The entire time she "checked" us in, she never made any eye contact with me. Her demeanor and tone was rude and insulting. She asked for a credit card and I attempted to explain to her that I had forgotten to carry one, but I did have cash if there were any accidental expenses. The young "lady" threw my card key at me and barked, "the elevator is around the corner and walked away. She never informed us of what room we were in or even greeted us by stating, "enjoy your stay" or welcome to the Marriott. If I did not have my 8 and 4 year old children with me, I would have left immediately. My wife was very upset. Although the other accomadations were pleasant and the dining was excellent, I am sorry to say, that I would never return to this location.

I stayed here for a weeknd trip to visit family. I must say it was a very pleasing experience. The Front Desk staff were very polite and informative. The room I stayed in was a single King and it was fantastic. The bed was sooooo comfortable, which is very rare to find in a hotel. They had more pillows on the bed than you could imagine(6)what to do with. The bathroom was HUGE and very accommodating. The only minus in the whole trip was the free complimentary breakfast on the weekend. It took 20 minutes to be seated because the tables of previous guests were not bussed. They only had 2 people working the dining room and they obviously did not check their ledgers because they ran out of food very quickly. The one manager that I was able to find wandering the dining room seemed to not care that there was no food because whenever a guest asked when the food would be restocked she would give a roll of her eyes as a response. Overall the experience was pleasant and I recommend staying here, just don't partake in the free breakfast.
