  Stayed in this hotel Mar 6-9, 2009. Clean hotel and rooms, courteous staff. Not the greatest neighborhood. Between the traffic on nearby I-275, motorcycles running on major street adjacent to hotel, noisy lady talking until 2 Am in the next room, and doors slamming at 6AM, we didn't get much sleep. This is about the noisiest Courtyard I have ever stayed at. If you would like to sleep, you might avoid this location

  My first time to Tampa Florida. I am from Philadelphia and I usually visit Miami Florida very frequent, but I decided to stay in Tampa this trip. The staff go above and beyond when it come to being in a friendly environment. It was so calm, quiet and peaceful, not to mention the overall cleaniness was superb. Sitting on the balcony made me feel I was on a sunset beach. My room overlooked the out door pool and the view was breath taking and beyond my expectations. It is in a very convenient location and they also provide shuttle services and they even have microwave food they sell at the front desk. The assistant general manager will assist you with all of your needs during your stay and she is one of the most pleasant people I ever met. I will be back to Tampa and I will be staying at this hotel during my twice a year travel.

  This courtyard, like so many others offers excellent bedding. the facility was nice and clean, staff was friendly, room was tidy and attractive. will definitely stay again.
