While this hotel has no frills to speak of it is located right in the middle of all those hotels and resorts that have all the frills. We had access without the cost. Our room was a 6th floor ocean view and it was perfect. We sat on the Lanai at some point every day and could enjoy a cold drink while watching the people and the Blue Pacific. It was less than 200 feet from the front of the Hotel to the ocean, beach and all the sun you could absorb. The room was more than adequate for our needs. It was cleaned everyday. The beds were comfortable and inviting after long days of sun, fun and water or after enjoying the local night life which we did frequently. The room had a small refridgerator, a safe (A fee of $* a day) and a flat screen TV. There was also internet access with different cost packages. During our stay at the Aston Waikiki Cirlce Hotel we did all the same things that poeple do in hotels with rooms that are much more expensive. We slept, we cleaned up, we ate, we drank, we sat outside watching the same sunsets and it did not cost us $* or $** or $*** a night. The Aston Waikiki Cirle Hotel is in a prime location and is more than reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and always available to answer questions about the Island. For thirteen nights this was our home. Would I stay at this hotel again? You bet I would and plan to next year!!!

Small hotel with some history but no frills. The place to stay for convenient location if you use your room only to sleep, shower and change clothes. Balconies outside partial ocean view rooms on lower floors can be noisy due to air conditioning units on nearby rooftops so ask for rooms at the top. Also ask for a recently updated room. Some are in need of new tile in bathrooms.

My husband and I spent a few nights here at the Aston Waikiki Circle and it worked out just fine. It is simple, but comfortable. It is not fancy, but really why are you there for the beach and all that is outside your door right? I enjoyed the ease of getting in and out. We stayed 4 nights in parcel ocean view room, and the view was great. The free morning coffee was yummy. They have floats and mats for you to use at the beach and fresh beach towels, you walk out and a few steps across the street and your toes are in the sand. When you return from the beach you can then walk to many restaurants for dinner and shopping right there. We didn't move the car for several days. When we returned from visiting Kauai, we needed one more night till we went home and we choose to return because we liked the ease of a small hotel, and they upgraded us to an ocean view. Nice to be appreciated. Nice staff! The only down side when we got back the last night the parking lot was full and we had to park our car a couple block away for the night. But everyone walks here, it was fine.

TRUE THE ROOMS WERE QUITE SMALL AND SO WAS THE BATHROOM BUT ITS NOT LIKE I NEED TO DO JUMPING JACKS WHILE SHOWERING. AC WAS PERFECT AND HOTEL STAFF COULD NOT BE ANY BETTER & MORE ACCOMODATING. LOCATION IS PERFECT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THE ROOMS FOR MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE OTHERWISE ITS FINE.
