Nice hotel, but could be better. The restaurant and lounge were never open in the evening. This was probably due to the lack of guest staying at the hotel - it felt like a ghost town hotel. But, I thought this was very inconvenient. We went to the breakfast buffet one morning and it was completely over priced. I asked for a mimosa and they did not serve them (they didn't even know what it was). The view of Lake Union was great.

This hotel seemed out of the way until we got our bearings. Then it became like home. A great staff and one could jump the trolley to ride the few minutes into town. Plus within a block was a great family style Italian Bistro. The hotel looks out on lake union where one can see the seaplanes landing and taking off. Lake cruises are also available. Standard Courtyard, but with a good location friendly and helpful staff. They could tell you anything you needed to know as a first time guest in Seattle.

Stayed 1 night in August for business. The hotel is in a great location close to downtown. Service at the desk was great! I then drove into garage to park my car and was impressed by the secure parking. At arriving at my room, I was impressed by how large the room was. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I had an incredible view of Lake Union at night as well as in the morning. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a excellent Stay at this hotel in August. Service at check-in was great, room was rather large and the bed was very comfortable. The views both at night and in the morning of Lake Union are incredible. I had breakfast there in the morning and it was very good. The hotel has an underground parking garage so I did not worry about my car at all. I plan on staying there again next time I am in town and recommend it to anyone.
