We just returned from our first trip to Jackson, and it was an incredible experience in no small part due to Spring Creek. The staff was excellent- attentive, friendly, hardworking. The view from the Ranch is breathtaking, you can practically touch the Tetons. We had absolutely no problem with sound from other cabins, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We had included breakfast, free transportation to and from the mountain, fantastic cookies in the lobby, a fine gym and hot tub... I'm not really sure at all why there were bad reviews! If you're going to Jackson, this is definitely worth the price. We've traveled the world over, and this is the first time we've ever felt the desire to write a review, simply because this is the first time I feel like a hotel went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy.

Fantastic views, western charm, and really good value food at the Granary. Kid's loved the place, and the shuttle into town and to/ from the airport was convenient. Nice swimming pool, and staff ahd a good attitude.

I am not sure where the others stayed that gave Spring Creek a bad review, but we just returned and our stay was an excellent experience. We had a deluxe hotel room and when you looked out of the sliding doors or stepped on the porch, the view of the Teton Mountain range was breathtaking. The staff could not have been more helpful and they were quick to accommodate our every need. This is our 4th year in Jackson Wy, and this is definitely been our favorite place and we plan on booking a condo at Spring Creek in the Spring. If there was one negative to the rooms, it would be that the noise from the rooms above (we had a ground floor) was a bit excessive. The Granary restaurant was also excellent! Had a great time here!!!!

What a memorable vacation. The skiing was great. The hotel has a western rustic feel to it. The wood burning fireplaces made us feel very cozy in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and more than accomodating. They are not located at Jackson Hole Mountain but offer free shuttles to the mountain throughout the day. They run shuttles to downtown Jackson for free too. They run the shuttles on a schedule so we thought we might have trouble making dinner reservations but they actually took us to town when we asked them. We rented a car but had no need to use it. The views from our room were unbelievable, unfortunately it was only sunny two days out of our stay (the price you pay for great skiing). We are going to try to come back during the summer to see Yellowstone.

Room had a foul order, there was no view from the room unless you like the ghetto, room reminded me of a cheap economy hotel that doesn't even "leave the light on for you", location was horriable, just can't say enough about how bad this place is. Don't ruin your vacation here, there are much better places to stay in JAC. I had a three night stay reserved here and they would not refund anything even though I left within an hour of arriving. Spring Cheat Ranch is a better name for this place.
