We chose this hotel to be within walking distance of Seattle Center. Receptionist was cheerful and efficient. Parking under hotel; ample spaces when we stayed, but might be tight during event weekends. Double beds in our room (we're used to those), but a little soft for my wife (we're used to hard mattresses). Our room was on the south side of the hotel, adjacent to Mercer (a busy street), but still fairly quiet; it might be better to request a room on the north side (nearer Roy). Room and bathroom both very clean. Plenty of towels, but one small bottle of shampoo a bit skimpy for three folks. My son liked the fireplace and couch in the lobby, and disappeared to study there for an hour or so. Breakfast room large and had plenty of natural light; there's also a patio outside that looks like it might be pleasant in spring and summer morning. Breakfast seating a little tight at 9am, and we needed to clean a table for ourselves ;-(. The breakfast fare completely standard: make-yourself waffles, small muffins, juice, coffee; could use more imagination. Very good security throughout, you even need a key to enter a floor from the between-floor stairs. Overall, a clean, comfortable room with a so-so breakfast for a good price.

Stayed the night before a Seahawks game, had a good time exploring Seattle from the hotel. Room was clean, people were friendly, and I liked the free secure underground parking, especially since they let us keep it there until getting back from the game. Space needle, monorail, and downtown access are a short walk. My only complaint is that travel agency charged an extra $* to make the reservation, so I would recommend booking with the hotel directly. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located very near the Space Needle, but a fair distance from other attractions downtown or waterfront. The hotel is hard to get to due to Seattle's street layout, but once you figure it out, you'll probably be OK. We found the under hotel parking inadequate. We ended up parking on the street both nights we were there. That was a little worry-some. The is no pool or hot tub. They do have laundry facilities you can use. The breakfast choices were good and the staff was friendly.

I took my sisters here to tour Seattle. It was perfectly located out of the busy downtown but only a 5 min walk to main attractions including Space Needle. The Monorail is right beside the Space Needle and takes you directly into the heart of downtown in 5 mins. The suite itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Best part was the free underground parking where I parked my car most of the time. Free breakfast everyday too including fresh waffles and eggs. Amazing staff too! FYI - "Ride the Ducks" Tour is across from the Space Needle and a definate must do for seeing Seattle. Perfect place for families and friends to stay. Overall, this is the best place to stay for your money!
