We had a wonderful trip, played all day on the river and came back to a home away from home. the room was spacaious in the adult tower where we stayed, really enjoyed the colors of the room, the greens were calming.The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. we don't like to complain, but I'm mentioning that for the safety of other guest....... in the tub it is really slippery, my husband had a tiny slip and his toe hit the drain lid that pulled up his nail, he's ok. Oh and another thing, in the casino they had machines in a nonsmoking area, signs were posted and people smoking were still playing at them. I'd like to see them inforce the sign and ask players to move. Yes we are nonsmokers. The staff were warm, friendly and most helpful, applause goes out to Gustavio and front desk, service with a smile and fast without the feeling of being rushed, a nice youg man. Dinner at the Outback was tasty, yummy and filling. Service was very good. We will stay again and let friends and family know of your beautiful hotel and casino.

Our hotel stay was very nice. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Only one complaint we have is that it took the longest time to get a bell hop to our room at check out. Other than that, our family had a nice time.

Clean, quiet hotel. We were in the California tower (adults only), so no screaming kids. The staff is friendly, efficient and quite knowledgeable of the area attractions and dining opportunities. Having been in the hotel business for several years, I'm hard to impress, but I was with this property and staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to assist with any and all issues presented to them. They even act as "skunk herders" when they show up on the river walk. A completely enjoyable stay.

My family and I stayed at this casino resort last weekend. We had a wonderful experience. We even won some money gambling on the penny machine. We stayed in one the remodeled rooms in the California tower, even though that tower is for adults only. So we were very pleased with the accomodations. We had the bell service help us with our bags and ice chest up to our room. The staff was very friendly anytime we had questions. I would definately stay here again.
